The Public at large and bridge-users, irrespective whether
actual or potential, in particular have no way to vent their views. It is
for this reason that the NTBF will conduct seminars at the District level
to seek a consensus on
-
The demand
for bridges in the District concerned.

The
condition of existing bridges (e.g. “life threatening”, “redundant”, “in
need of Routine Maintenance”) and any required action.

Confirmation
of the DDC’s Bridge Record delineating the location and condition of
each individual bridge.

Endorsement
of the Transport Infrastructure Maps (TIM) on GIS delineating each river
as well as each actual or planned bridge.
-
Endorsement
of the District Transport Master Plan (DTMP) likewise on GIS.
Items 3 through 5 await
