The NTBF was, pursuant to sub-section (1) of
section 5 of the Company Act 2006, registered as a Non-Profit
company on October 3, 2007 at the office of the Company Registrar.
As per Article 5 of the Articles of Association, the first Annual General
Meeting (AGM) is to be convened within 6 months from the date of its
registration.
The audited preliminary Financial Report shall be presented in the first
AGM which is scheduled to be held in February 2008.
The preliminary accounts and statements shall be prepared by the end of
November 2007. M/S DSKR, Chartered
Accountants have been appointed as auditors for auditing the account of
Nepal Trail Bridge Forum (NTBF) for the period ending on November 16th 2007
(30 Kartik, 2064).
